1. Returns
Given the nature of the products we dispense from our vending machine, all products once dispensed cannot be returned. If there is however an issue with the quality or quantity of our products we will refund you subject to our refund policy.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only issued for poor-quality items dispensed from the vending machine. All quality issues must be reported on the same day. This will allow us to take immediate remedial action.
- The company is not liable for issues after dispensation, like filling the wrong soap in the bottle, spillage, etc.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Partial Refunds
- In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for products not in their original condition or of insufficient quantity.
Refund Process
- Once your product is inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after the specified processing time, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
